The hotel is located wonderfully close to the city center, right in the heart of the old town. It is situated on a quiet street, allowing for a peaceful stay. there are numerous local pubs nearby where one can experience traditional Slovak cuisine.
The bathroom infrastructure could be improved, particularly with the shower area. The lack of shower box edges caused water to flow out slowly, creating inconvenience.

Rooms are spacious with a castle-like interior. There is a kettle and a big bathroom with both bath and shower. Staff is friendly and provides free water and wine. Breakfast includes orange juice and a fresh copy of the NY Times. Nice location near Old Town and newer area.

I was amazed by the historical charm and character of this romantic boutique hotel. Nestled in a 13th-century building, the location couldn't have been better. The friendly service and spacious, well-equipped Beautiful room made my stay enjoyable. The breakfast was good and the spa was a perfect retreat. I highly recommend this hidden gem.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the heart of the old town. The location was ideal, right off the main square and in a small alley at the edge of the old town. The hotel facilities were great, with spacious and luxurious rooms. The cleanliness of the hotel was perfect. The staff were helpful and friendly, providing excellent customer service. The breakfast included in the room price was good, with a nice selection of items. Parking was convenient with an underground parking nearby.

Staying here was truly an amazing experience. I loved the location, which was right in the heart of the city center and within walking distance to a lovely square that had a Christmas Market. The service was exceptional, offering great amenities like car hire, room service, laundry, and shuttle service. The room itself was beautiful and equipped with everything I needed.
I would definitely recommend this venue to everyone who is planning a visit in this area.
